Reach360 is currently recruiting for a PT Bookkeeping Client Service and Quality Manager to support new client growth. Previous experience as a controller, or providing support to a controller ideal. Preferred candidates will have experience supporting multi companies. |
|Duties:||Functional Bookkeeping Duties Include: 1099 Identification / Annual Generation / 1096 Prep. Financial Reporting & Bank Reconciliation: Financial Statement Prep QTRLY Balance Sheet Review/Aging Income Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow General Ledger: Fixed Asset Maintenance/ Depreciation Schedules Recurring, Standard, and Adjusting Journal Entries Reporting/Borrowing Base/Cash Flow Audit Prep/Research/Balance Sheet Clean Up Budget Support Expedited Services Property and Sales Tax Returns State Surveys/Unclaimed Properties Report|
Additional Duties include the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Reach360 Client Service package processes associated to the client. Develops key relationships with client decision maker. Oversees process changes and communicates with management when client service requests fall out of current packaged services. Responsible for collaboration with management, sales and vendors to implement new clients as well as ensure that standardized processes are being implemented. Provides recommendations on improvements to Reach360 standard bookkeeping processes. Problem solves more complex processes and problems with clients as required. Scopes and communicates detailed project plans to clients and is accountable for managing their completion as well as communicating needs and expectations of clients, to clients during this process. Consistently follows up, seeks feedback, identifies & shares opportunities and revises processes from and with clients while engaging BPM Process Team members and management when needed.
|Qualifications:||Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong understanding of accounting theory, internal controls and financial reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Strong working knowledge accounting system. Highly detail oriented and organized in work. Ability to meet assigned deadlines. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.|
