Description:Local established National Building Products Distributor seeking a dedicated, long term, Purchasing Administrator / Office Assistant to support in our Elkhart Office facility. This is a full time position with expectations over time to include inside sales support responsibilities. We are seeking an individual who is willing to learn multi facets of our business administrative operational duties and become a key team member. This is an Entry Level position that will include purchasing, order entry, customer invoicing, accounts receivable (matching and short pay resolution) and receptionist duties. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hardworking individual and allows for future advancement and pay increases. The ability to multi-tasks, learn and apply knowledge is a must.
Qualifications:Strong Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential. Casual office atmosphere with great benefits. Business hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; rarely will you work overtime or on the weekends. Bachelors Degree preferred
