|Description:||Position is responsible for developing and executing innovative Kem Krest brand launches as well as increasing sales and profit volume through creative planning, researching, P & L responsibility, and project team leading. This position requires a strong, independent thinker with good organization, time management, analytical and communication / presentation skills to take a project from start to finish. Plans and directs marketing and strategic development of organization's products and services. Manages and provides leaership to the consultative sales team. |
Manage and distribute company newsletters and dealer newsletters.
Customer Relationship Building/Sales
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and creates strategic partnerships.
Assist Executive Team with corporate strategy, manage annual strategy meetings and oversee action items and provides quarterly strategy updates. Estabslishes annual marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives as determined by the President and Executive Team.
Build the 'Kem Krest' Brand, become the customer contact for marketing and promotional development.
Develop turn around strategy for the consultative sales department. Fully understand aftermarket and OE industry.
Develops promotions and marketing materials. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image thought all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Lead Corporate marketing efforts, oversee the development of Kem Krest video marketing and website / portal redeployment and provide on-going support. Develop a long term plan for content management and updates.
Oversee's and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing marketing and competitive conditions. Develops sales and marketing initiatives in conjunction with sales managers.
Set Budget for consultative sales and lead and motivate staff.
Process Development & Documentation
Develops and maintains a customer survey process in order to track and analyze custoemr satisfaction with all departments in all locations.
Research & Analysis
Reasearch industry and competition and make strategy recommendations. Analyzes and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.

Bachelors degree - Business - Marketing / Sales / Communications
Minimum 5 years experience - Business - Marketing / Sales / Communications
